Most hosting puts many customers on one server and hands them a general-purpose panel. We built the platform the other way round.
Isolated by design
- Every site runs in its own isolated environment, with its own CPU, memory, storage, network rules and dedicated database.
- Network rules stop one site from reaching any other site on the platform, so a problem stays where it started.
- We tested it: with one site pinned at 100% CPU, the site next to it stayed within measurement noise; a site driven out of memory was stopped at its own limit while its neighbour kept serving every request.
Built for WordPress
- We host WordPress only, so every layer, from the web server and PHP to caching and the dashboard, is set up for it rather than adapted from generic hosting.
- WordPress core, PHP and the web server are baked into a read-only image; only your content changes. Updates roll out as new instances behind health checks, with no downtime.
- Your images and uploads aren't stored on your web server. They live on replicated object storage and are served straight from there, without going through WordPress, so loading them never takes computing power away from your pages, and a server failure never loses them.
- The dashboard manages WordPress sites, not a server: staging, plugins, logs, firewall events and cost, per site.

Grandhosting is the better fit if
- Your site has busy days. On Standard it adds instances by itself and runs on more than one server, so a spike or a failed server doesn't take it down.
- You want month-to-month billing with no introductory price to renew out of.
- You want 30 days of daily backups and a staging copy on every site, from €3.49 + VAT.
- You want a dashboard built for WordPress, showing each site's logs, firewall blocks, uptime and cost, rather than Plesk.

Grandhosting vs Papaki, answered
At the entry level the prices are close: our Micro starts at €3.49 + VAT a month, Papaki's WordPress Hosting at €4.75 (discounted) or €6.90 + VAT. The difference is how you pay. Papaki advertises discounted plan prices and says renewal rates may vary; we bill month to month by the hour, so a quiet site pays the minimum and a busy site pays for what it uses.

Neither says so. Papaki's features page lists the location as Europe, and its 2024 announcement named a data centre in Brussels. Ours are in Germany and Finland, and we say so on every page. If you need servers physically in Greece, look at a host that states it.
